Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Flowersome Studio, all floral designs are custom-made using fresh, seasonal blooms. For this reason, we do not offer refunds.
Personal Orders (Floral Deliveries)
Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery are not permitted, as flowers will already be purchased and prepared.
No refunds will be issued for canceled orders.
Event Orders
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
Event cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date to avoid being charged the remaining balance.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be charged in full.
All delivery, setup, and service fees are non-refundable.
Quality Concerns & Flower Care
Flowersome Studio takes great care in sourcing and delivering high-quality, fresh flowers. We do not send damaged or poor-quality blooms.
If you experience a quality issue upon delivery, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the arrangement. Each concern will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a replacement or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
Please note that the longevity of flowers depends on proper care, including timely watering, appropriate placement, and following any care instructions provided. Variations in flower lifespan are natural and not considered quality issues.
